A Seminar on Bargaining Theory Based on Weber’s Law Was Held at AANL

On October 17, a seminar dedicated to bargaining theory based on Weber’s Law was held at the A. I. Alikhanyan National Science Laboratory.

The seminar was presented by Vardan Bardakhchyan, Senior Researcher at AANL, who discussed the application of Weber’s Law to bargaining and game-theoretic models.

Weber’s Law, well known in psychology, describes the relative changes in human sensitivity to stimuli. During the seminar, it was examined as a tool for evaluating utilities and analyzing the concept of bargaining. The discussion also covered the Ultimatum Game, an important model for understanding the psychological mechanisms underlying decision-making.
