On August 31, the international “Yerevan Higher Spin Workshop 2026” commenced.
The workshop is dedicated to modern field theories, with a particular focus on higher-spin theories and related areas of research. It has brought together scientists from different countries to discuss the latest achievements in the field and prospects for further development.
Higher-spin theories are closely connected with several important areas of modern theoretical physics, including quantum field theory, string theory, holography, and scattering amplitudes. They also play an important role in research on quantum gravity, cosmology, black hole physics, and condensed matter physics.
During the workshop, presentations are being delivered on higher-spin theories, holography, supersymmetry, quantum gravity, and other current topics in modern theoretical physics. The event also provides an opportunity to strengthen international scientific cooperation and establish new research connections.
