At the "Epos" club, the "Gitarbuk" project hosted AANL senior researcher, PhD in Phys. Math. Sc., Gevorg Karyan. The speaker talked about the stages of the development of physics and the main concepts in a plain language accessible to the public, commented on how modern scientific discoveries broke the traditional ideas of the creation of the world. The scientist resented various aspects of the development of science, starting from the idea stage and structure of atom, ending with nuclear medicine, radioactive radiation, quantum world and creation of nuclear weapons.

The public lecture was followed by a Q&A session.

"Gitarbuk" is an interesting format uniting people to "get absorbed in science". Scientists are invited to run scientific discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
